truck is getting to much gas

i own a 96 s10 blazer with a 4.3 eng. the eng is a TBI eng all at once it started to get to much gas and the spark plugs were covered in gas can you tall me the problem i also tune the eng up hopeing that would be the answer. at first the front plug on the right side was the only one now they are all like that it will start but their is black smoke that comes out the tall pipe if i give it move gas it runs better but if i dont ti all most stops running can you let me no the problem thank you jeff

Reply to Hammer Time's Post: in that year they made a TBI IT LOOKS LIKE A CARB, ENG ON A S10 BLAZER 4/4 IT HAS BEEN SAID TO ME THAT IT MOST LIKELY IS THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR WITCH THEY TELL ME IT IS UNDER THE TBI THEY SAY IT SEATS ON TOP OF A PART THAT LOOKS LIKE IT SEATS ON TOP OF A 6 LEGS THAT WOULD LOOK LIKE SPIDER LEGS ON TOP LEADING TO THE PLUGS AFTER YOU REMOVE THE TBI AND IS UNDER IT IN SIDE THE TOP OF IT IF THIS MAKES ANY CENCE TO YOU AT THIS POINT I AM LOST . I THANK IF I REMOVE THE TOTTLE BODY AND TAKE A LOOK. DO YOU THANK THAT WOULD BE THE THING TO DO ARE NOT. IT WAS SAID TO ME THAT I WILL NOT HAVE TO REMOVE THE INTAKE.THANKS JEFF WILL YOU LET ME NO WHAT YOU THANK AT THIS POINT PLEASE AND LET ME NO.
