00 Chevy ZR2 4.3L missfire

I have a 2000 Chevy Zr2 4.3L rough idle on cold mornings service engine light goes on and truck shakes. Iv’e allready replaced plugs,caps,wires(full tune up twice) within 10,000 miles. What is the Problem?
