I have a 1986 toyota 4x4 truck with the 22r efi engine, I recently replaced the head gasket, but now I can't get it to start, I am getting fire, cause it will start with starting fluid, and I am getting fuel up to the fuel rail, but it wont' start and run, and I can't believe that all of the injectors could be out. Any suggestions?

Reply to RonRepair's Post: when I pulled the head, I removed the manifold and all of the wires and hoses individually. The problem started for the most part right after I put it back together, but since the head gasket was blown, I could't get it to run right before I took it apart either, any more suggestions?
