I have a 95 s10 with a 4.3 with a tbi the truck will not go ...

I have a 95 s10 with a 4.3 with a tbi the truck will not go over 3500 rpm it brakes up runes out of fuel it has a brand new fuel pump I took the cat out has a new coil new fuel filter and I cannot get a code reading the plug will not work please help

took out the cat changed fuel filter fuel pump coil

Regardless of the fact that the fuel pump is new,a fuel pressure test is in order here.The pressure regulator could be failling or lines otherwise restricted.The other concerns here are EGR valve coming open too soon too much,Water or other in fuel system (Less likely).What do you mean the plug does not work??Does the check engine light illuminate with key on,and go off when started?Is it on right now while driving?

the light was on and i tryed to get a code and the plug did not work but the light is off now
