I have a 2002 Chevy silverado 5.3. On cold starts ONLY the truck idles very rough until it warms up. It will not do this even after sitting for just a few hours, only after sitting for a couple of days. I just replaced the plugs and wires, but this didn't help. Also checked for vacum leaks but couldn't find any. What do you think it could be? (No check engine light either )
