i have a 1998 chevrolet s10 blazer ls 4x4 with 4.3l engine ever since i moved to florida my heater doesn't work i hear it working pulled bottom panel off and everything is operatied fine a/c works great no problems with that replaced heater core and i was thinking the thermostat but that works fine. checked with boiling water and different temps. door for heater core is opening and closing EVERYTHING WORKS BUT HEAT. was working before and all of a sudden bam it stopped the nexts day i move here another thing was my wipers on the same truck the front like to no work on delay and low only on high but then after a few minutes it works then after that it goes on it own even when switch is off my rear one turn it on and it moves one inch and then slaps back down to off position then moves one inch etc. if you could get me on the right foot that would be great THANKS
