we have a 2001 Dodge Dakota V6 3.9L, manual transmission. The RPM's are surging when stopped and then shortly after the truck dies and has to be restarted. We have already replaced the engine brain box and TPS, but the problem is still there. No one seems to know what is causing the truck to surge RPM's on its own. Please help!
